Corporate Social Responsibility Policy


Sunrise Credit Services’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy refers to our responsibility toward our employees as well as our environment. We realize that SCS includes a bigger system of people, values, other organizations and nature. This Policy is built on the following areas that reflect existing and emerging standards of CSR.

Sunrise Credit Service’s social responsibility falls under two categories: compliance and being proactive where we can. Compliance refers to Sunrise Credit Service’s commitment to legality and willingness to observe community values. Being proactive is every initiative to promote human rights, help communities and protect our natural environment.

Protecting the Environment

Sunrise Credit Services recognizes the need to protect the natural environment. Keeping our environment clean and unpolluted is a benefit to all. This is why customers who visit the company website have the option to “Go Green”(paperless), right from the home page. Employees will always follow best practices when disposing of waste and limiting the amount of paper utilized in everyday operations.

Human Rights

Sunrise Credit Services is dedicated to protecting human rights. We are a committed equal opportunity employer and will abide by all fair labor practices. We’ll ensure that our activities do not directly or indirectly violate human rights in any country.


Sunrise Credit Services understands the importance of playing a positive role in the community and takes part in a number of charities and fundraisers to both interact with the people of the community and to help those who need it. Some of these activities include a clothing drive for the needy every winter, a food drive for the homeless every Thanksgiving, and multiple fundraising events throughout the year, such as bake sales and auctions, to raise money for the ACA’s campaign on financial literacy.

Environmental Expectations

The Sunrise Family of Companies has embraced its responsibility to be a good steward of our natural resources. Energy consumption and carbon emissions from company headquarters is monitored closely with the intent to manage and reduce consumption resulting in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. To this end the local power company was invited in to assist in making HVAC adjustments to improve the building’s carbon footprint.

Preserving the Environment

Apart from legal obligations, Sunrise will proactively protect the environment. Examples of relevant activities include:

  • Recycling
  • Limiting the usage of paper
  • Energy Conservation
  • Using environmentally-friendly technologies


The company is always open to suggestions and will always listen carefully to ideas. Sunrise Credit Services will try to continuously improve the way it operates. We’ll readily act to promote our identity as a socially aware and responsible business. Management must communicate this policy on all levels. Managers are also responsible for resolving any CSR issues. Our employees are encouraged to share ideas in order to help facilitate Sunrise Credit Services to be as socially and environmentally responsible as possible.
